Tempeh and Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 bunch baby bok choy
- 1 packet tempeh
- 4 small shallot green tips
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- a pinch white pepper
- 2 red chilies (optional)
Preparation
Using medium to high heat, heat oil in a wok, add tempeh, drizzle half a tablespoon of tamari sauce and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until brown on all sides
Add shallot, stir for 2 minutes
Add baby bok choy, stir for 2-3 minutes, add tamari sauce, pepper and chili if using
Stir until the greens are just cooked
