Quick and Easy Fruit Salad Weetabix Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 x weetabix or oatibix
- Splash of any milk
- 3 tbsp any plain yoghurt
- Lots of fruit
Preparation
Smash the biscuits into a jar or any container. If it has a lid, even better.
Pour your choice of milk over the biscuits so they are covered. Leave to go mushy for a few minutes.
Top with yoghurt and then lots of chopped fruit or berries.
Pop a lid on if you have one and leave in the fridge until you want to eat it. It's perfectly fine overnight or within an hour.
