Quick and Easy Fruit Salad Weetabix Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 x weetabix or oatibix
  • Splash of any milk
  • 3 tbsp any plain yoghurt
  • Lots of fruit

Preparation

  1. Smash the biscuits into a jar or any container. If it has a lid, even better.

  2. Pour your choice of milk over the biscuits so they are covered. Leave to go mushy for a few minutes.

  3. Top with yoghurt and then lots of chopped fruit or berries.

  4. Pop a lid on if you have one and leave in the fridge until you want to eat it. It's perfectly fine overnight or within an hour.
