Raw Cranberry Sauce with Orange and Apple
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 green apple
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Soak the dates in water for 20 minutes.
Core and cut the green apple.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until desired consistency is reached.
