Raw Cranberry Sauce with Orange and Apple

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in water for 20 minutes.

  2. Core and cut the green apple.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  4. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
