Yogurt Bomb Dessert in Individual Glasses
Ingredients
Yogurt cream
- 250 g full-fat plain yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g heavy cream
Berry topping
- 150 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 25 g sugar
Preparation
Mix plain yogurt with sugar and lemon juice until smooth
Whip the well-chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture
Prepare 6 dessert glasses (150 ml each), fill with yogurt cream up to two-thirds, and chill
Prepare the mixed berries by removing stems and hulls
Halve 3 strawberries and set aside for decoration
Combine raspberries and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
Add blueberries and stir to combine
Dice the remaining strawberries and fold into the mixture
Spoon 2 tablespoons of berry topping onto each yogurt cream layer
Decorate each with half a strawberry
Chill for a while or serve immediately
Tips
Prepare the dessert the day before and store in the refrigerator
It will keep for at least 3 days
