Yogurt Bomb Dessert in Individual Glasses

Ingredients

Yogurt cream

  • 250 g full-fat plain yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g heavy cream

Berry topping

  • 150 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 25 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix plain yogurt with sugar and lemon juice until smooth

  2. Whip the well-chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture

  4. Prepare 6 dessert glasses (150 ml each), fill with yogurt cream up to two-thirds, and chill

  5. Prepare the mixed berries by removing stems and hulls

  6. Halve 3 strawberries and set aside for decoration

  7. Combine raspberries and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes

  8. Add blueberries and stir to combine

  9. Dice the remaining strawberries and fold into the mixture

  10. Spoon 2 tablespoons of berry topping onto each yogurt cream layer

  11. Decorate each with half a strawberry

  12. Chill for a while or serve immediately

Tips

  1. Prepare the dessert the day before and store in the refrigerator

  2. It will keep for at least 3 days
