Avocado Toast with Egg Topping
Ingredients
- 1 slice cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread
- 1/2 avocado
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Strawberries
- Tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Toast the bread
Mash the avocado
Cook the eggs and season with red pepper flakes
Spread mashed avocado on toast and add everything but the bagel seasoning
Top with strawberries and tomatoes
