Whole Grilled Branzino with Lemon and Citrus Oil
Ingredients
- 1 whole branzino (sea bass), cleaned
- Lemon slices
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or thyme)
Citrus oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Prepare the branzino by cleaning and making a few diagonal slashes on both sides
Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and fresh herbs
Grill the fish over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until the skin is crispy and the flesh flakes easily
Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil to make the citrus oil
Drizzle the citrus oil over the grilled fish and serve
