Apple Cider Pumpkin Muffin with Pecan Crumbles
Ingredients
- 1 box of simplemills Pumpkin Muffin Mix
- Spiced Apple Cider (to replace water as per box directions)
Pecan crumble
- 1/4 cup of the pumpkin muffin mix or almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Follow the box directions for the pumpkin muffin mix, replacing water with spiced apple cider.
Mix the pecan crumble ingredients and refrigerate while preparing the muffin batter.
Crumble the topping on top of the muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
