Simple Maple Pecan Bars
Ingredients
Base
- 100g flour
- 15g coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsps maple syrup
Top layer
- 16g coconut oil
- 30g Maple syrup
- Handful of chopped pecans
Preparation
Bake the base at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
Allow the base to cool.
Heat the top layer ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for a few minutes until golden.
Pour the mixture over the cooled base.
Bake again at 170°C for 10-12 minutes.
