Blueberry Mug Cake for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla chai multi collagen ultra
- 3 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries
Preparation
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, honey, and almond milk.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the blueberries.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Optional toppings
Top with hemp hearts for added protein.
