Blueberry Mug Cake for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla chai multi collagen ultra
  • 3 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, honey, and almond milk.

  2. Stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Fold in the blueberries.

  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
