Bread Frittata with Cheese and Chicken
Ingredients
- Stale bread
- 4 eggs
- Splash of milk
- 50g smoked cheddar
- Garlic Italian seasoning
- Onion salt
- Garlic puree
- Chives
- Half a bag of chargrilled chicken style pieces
- Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the stale bread into chunks.
Beat the eggs.
Mix the beaten eggs with milk, smoked cheddar, garlic Italian seasoning, onion salt, garlic puree, chives, and chicken style pieces.
Add the bread chunks to the mixture and stir well.
Heat a little olive oil in an omelette pan over medium-low heat and pour in the mixture.
Cook for 14 minutes.
Slide the frittata onto a baking tray, flip it over, and cook in the oven for another 14 minutes.
