Cinnamon Buckwheat Pancakes with Berries, Figs, and Nectarine
Ingredients
- 60g buckwheat flakes
- 10g banana flour (or almond flour or more buckwheat flakes)
- 10g vanilla protein powder
- 100ml plant based milk/water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- cinnamon
- sweetener of your choice
- a splash of sparkling water
Preparation
Add the buckwheat flakes to a blender and blend them into flour.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and let the dough sit for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a pan and bake the pancakes from both sides.
Add toppings of your choice.
