Cream Cheese and Garlic Mushroom Toast
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- Sliced mushrooms
- Bread slices
- @nushfoods cream cheese or smashed avocado
Preparation
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, a sprinkle of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of water to create a marinade.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms.
Pour the prepared marinade over the mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce.
Toast slices of bread and spread a generous layer of @nushfoods cream cheese or smashed avocado on each slice.
