Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp @nuzest chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Chocolate sauce

  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix oat milk with apple cider vinegar and let sit for a minute.

  2. Add all pancake ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into a hot pan coated with vegan butter.

  4. Microwave oat milk and vegan chocolate chips until melted.

  5. Add almond butter to the sauce and whisk until smooth and thick.

  6. Top the pancakes with sliced banana, chocolate sauce, and shredded coconut.
