Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread with Three Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 100 g grated parmesan or semi-cured cheese
  • 1 small carton of cream
  • 2 cups sweet tapioca starch

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream and cheese, mix well until evenly distributed

  2. Gradually add the sweet tapioca starch, mixing until you can no longer mix with a spoon, then use your hands to knead until the dough is homogeneous

  3. Shape into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet

  4. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C and bake for about 25 minutes
