Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread with Three Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 100 g grated Parmesan or semi-cured cheese
  • 1 (200ml) carton heavy cream
  • 2 cups sweet cassava starch

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the heavy cream and cheese, and mix well until well distributed

  2. Gradually add the sweet cassava starch, mixing until you can no longer mix with a spoon, then use your hands to knead until the dough becomes homogeneous

  3. Form small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet

  4. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C and bake for approximately 25 minutes

  5. Serve hot for the best flavor
