Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread with Three Ingredients
Ingredients
- 100 g grated Parmesan or semi-cured cheese
- 1 (200ml) carton heavy cream
- 2 cups sweet cassava starch
Preparation
In a bowl, place the heavy cream and cheese, and mix well until well distributed
Gradually add the sweet cassava starch, mixing until you can no longer mix with a spoon, then use your hands to knead until the dough becomes homogeneous
Form small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet
Preheat the oven to 200Β°C and bake for approximately 25 minutes
Serve hot for the best flavor
