Easy Layered Yogurt Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp blue ocean blend powder
- If vegan, use coconut yogurt
- Fresh fruits of your choice
Preparation
Mix maple syrup into yogurt and stir to combine.
Divide the yogurt into two different bowls and mix blue ocean powder to make different shades of color (optional).
Layer it as shown in the picture and enjoy your quick healthy breakfast with your favorite toppings.
