Tropical Fruit and Granola Breakfast Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, to drizzle

Preparation

  1. Place pineapple and blueberries in a bowl. Scoop passionfruit pulp over fruit and toss to combine.

  2. Layer muesli, yoghurt and fruit mixture into 2 serving glasses. Drizzle with maple syrup and remaining passionfruit.

  3. Enjoy!
