Tropical Fruit and Granola Breakfast Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 small pineapple, peeled and diced
- 125g blueberries
- 1 passionfruit, halved
- 1 cup muesli
- 1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, to drizzle
Preparation
Place pineapple and blueberries in a bowl. Scoop passionfruit pulp over fruit and toss to combine.
Layer muesli, yoghurt and fruit mixture into 2 serving glasses. Drizzle with maple syrup and remaining passionfruit.
