Easy Nutella Swirl Muffins
Ingredients
- 125 g softened butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 75 ml milk
- 12 tsp Nutella
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (convection: 160°C)
Beat softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt
Add the flour mixture and milk to the batter alternately, mixing well after each addition
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups using an ice cream scoop
Place one teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin
Swirl the Nutella into the batter with a toothpick to create a marbled effect
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes
Let the muffins cool completely
