Healthy Oat Flour Pancakes with Banana
Ingredients
- 3 dl oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix everything together in a food processor.
Fry in coconut oil.
Top with melted chocolate and berries or fruits.
