Healthy Oat Flour Pancakes with Banana

Ingredients

  • 3 dl oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a food processor.

  2. Fry in coconut oil.

  3. Top with melted chocolate and berries or fruits.
