Hibiscus Tea Infused Oatmeal with Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 8 dried dark cherries
  • 1 teaspoon garnet elderberry supercolor powder
  • 1 1/2 cups hibiscus brewed tea

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • figs
  • cherries
  • pecans
  • puffed millet

Preparation

  1. Brew 2 tablespoons of hibiscus tea. You can brew it the night before and enjoy a cup at bedtime.

  2. Pour the tea into a saucepan, add all the ingredients, stir to combine well, and slow cook to your desired consistency. I prefer mine thick.
