Matcha Courgette White Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 60g spelt flour
  • 30g myvegan matcha soy isolate
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 180ml almond milk
  • 1 drop myproteinuk white chocolate flavour drop

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan.

  3. Pour the batter onto the pan.

  4. Flip once cooked on one side.

  5. Build your pancake stack.

Tips

  1. You can substitute spelt flour with normal flour, gluten-free flour, or oat flour.
