Matcha Courgette White Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour
- 30g myvegan matcha soy isolate
- 1/2 courgette
- 5g chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 180ml almond milk
- 1 drop myproteinuk white chocolate flavour drop
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Pour the batter onto the pan.
Flip once cooked on one side.
Build your pancake stack.
Tips
You can substitute spelt flour with normal flour, gluten-free flour, or oat flour.
