Nutty Boy French Tiger Toast
Ingredients
- 2 fat slices of Tiger bread
- Egg
- Erythritol gold
- Peanut butter
- Pecans
- Hazelnuts
- Salted caramel sauce
Preparation
Soak the bread in beaten egg and erythritol gold
Pan fry the soaked bread
Pop the fried bread under the grill to crisp up
Spread with a thin coating of peanut butter
Sprinkle with pan toasted pecans and hazelnuts
Drizzle with salted caramel sauce
