Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs

  2. Then add in everything besides the chocolate chips

  3. Mix together well

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips

  5. Add to a loaf pan and bake at 350F for 40 mins

  6. Remove and top with more chocolate chips and Peanut butter

  7. Let cool then slice and enjoy

Notes

  1. This bread is gluten-free and can be made paleo-friendly by substituting peanut butter with another nut butter
