Smoked Salmon Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 5 organic eggs
- 1/2 cup organic cottage cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 200 grams citrus cured smoked salmon
- Olive oil for pan
Preparation
Whisk the eggs, garlic powder, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper together.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan.
Cook the eggs to your liking.
Place the smoked salmon on toast and top with the cooked eggs.
