Smoked Salmon Egg Toast

Ingredients

  • 5 organic eggs
  • 1/2 cup organic cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 200 grams citrus cured smoked salmon
  • Olive oil for pan

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs, garlic powder, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper together.

  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan.

  3. Cook the eggs to your liking.

  4. Place the smoked salmon on toast and top with the cooked eggs.
