Berry Pancakes with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 egg
- pinch of cinnamon
- chopped frozen raspberries
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk dry ingredients first and then add the wet until batter is smooth and fold in raspberries
Turn on your skillet over medium heat and add butter
Cook until golden and crispy on both sides
Top with dairy strawberry rhubarb mix, sliced blood orange, raspberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup
