Easy Hand-Kneaded Bread
Ingredients
Yeast mixture
- 150ml warm water
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Dough base
- 250g bread flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
Butter addition
- 30g butter
Preparation
Mix all the yeast mixture ingredients and let the yeast activate until it foams.
Combine the yeast mixture with the dough base ingredients.
Add the butter to the dough mixture and ensure it is melted.
Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and non-sticky, adding more flour if necessary, for about 20 minutes by hand or 15 minutes with a machine.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Shape the dough as desired and add toppings like sugar or cheese if preferred.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
