Sautéed Peppers with Milk

Ingredients

  • 8-9 Charleston peppers
  • 1 kapya pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Topping

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder and olive oil

Preparation

  1. Chop and remove the seeds from the peppers, then add them to the pan.

  2. Add olive oil, butter, and garlic, then sauté.

  3. When the peppers are browned, add flour and stir-fry.

  4. Then add milk and stir until thickened.

  5. Add salt and remove from heat.

  6. For the topping, heat the red pepper powder in oil and pour over, then serve.
