Vegetarian Full English Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 vegetarian butcher little Willie's Lincolnshire sausages
- 1 Morrisons hash brown
- 1 slice Asda fried tiger chest
- Baked beans
- Roasted cherry tomatoes
- Fried baby button mushrooms
- 3 Clarence Court free to fly quail eggs
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Colmans mustard
- Sea salt, chives and chilli flakes
Preparation
Roast the cherry tomatoes until softened
Fry the baby button mushrooms until golden
Cook the vegetarian sausages until browned and cooked through
Fry the hash brown until crispy
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan
Fry the quail eggs to your preferred doneness
If needed, toast or fry the slice of fried tiger chest bread
Arrange all components on a plate and season with sea salt, chives, chilli flakes, ketchup, and mustard
