Vegetarian Omelette Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
  • 3 Dairylea UKI light cheese slices
  • 2 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Heinz UK no added sugar tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages according to package instructions.

  2. Whisk 2 eggs with a splash of milk and cook to make 3 mini omelettes.

  3. Assemble by rolling the cooked sausages with cheese slices and mini omelettes.

  4. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve with no added sugar tomato ketchup.

Tips

  1. Use three eggs if they are small.

  2. Make larger omelettes and cut them into smaller pieces as an alternative.
