Vegetarian Omelette Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
- 3 Dairylea UKI light cheese slices
- 2 eggs
- Splash of milk
- Heinz UK no added sugar tomato ketchup
Preparation
Cook the sausages according to package instructions.
Whisk 2 eggs with a splash of milk and cook to make 3 mini omelettes.
Assemble by rolling the cooked sausages with cheese slices and mini omelettes.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve with no added sugar tomato ketchup.
Tips
Use three eggs if they are small.
Make larger omelettes and cut them into smaller pieces as an alternative.
