Irish Cream Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tsp any sugar
- 2 tsp boiling water
- 300 ml hot or cold milk
- 25 ml or 50 ml Irish cream liqueur
Preparation
Whisk sugar, coffee and water in a cup rigorously by hand for three minutes until thick and creamy.
Fill a glass with Irish cream liqueur and your milk of choice.
Pour the coffee mix over the milk.
Tips
It may give you a slight arm ache and you may not think it will become silky smooth, but trust me it works.
For a skinny version, swap sugar for sweetener and use skimmed or unsweetened almond milk.
For a vegan version, use dairy-free milk and a vegan Irish liqueur.
