Irish Cream Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp any sugar
  • 2 tsp boiling water
  • 300 ml hot or cold milk
  • 25 ml or 50 ml Irish cream liqueur

Preparation

  1. Whisk sugar, coffee and water in a cup rigorously by hand for three minutes until thick and creamy.

  2. Fill a glass with Irish cream liqueur and your milk of choice.

  3. Pour the coffee mix over the milk.

Tips

  1. It may give you a slight arm ache and you may not think it will become silky smooth, but trust me it works.

  2. For a skinny version, swap sugar for sweetener and use skimmed or unsweetened almond milk.

  3. For a vegan version, use dairy-free milk and a vegan Irish liqueur.
