Mango Salsa with Chili and Lime
Ingredients
- Mango (preferably in smaller pieces)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 red chilli
- Coriander or parsley
- 1-2 tbsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Dice the mango, red onion, and chili into small pieces.
Chop the coriander or parsley finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients.
Add the lime juice and salt, then stir well to mix.
Let the salsa rest for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
