Mango Salsa with Chili and Lime

Ingredients

  • Mango (preferably in smaller pieces)
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • Coriander or parsley
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Dice the mango, red onion, and chili into small pieces.

  2. Chop the coriander or parsley finely.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients.

  4. Add the lime juice and salt, then stir well to mix.

  5. Let the salsa rest for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
