Protein Hedgehog Slice Dessert

Ingredients

  • 65g Shortbread (or any biscuit of choice)
  • 6 Protein Balls (@purabon choc brownie)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (@macromike)
  • 50g Dark Chocolate
  • 10g Coconut Oil

Icing

  • 20g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter (@hempfoodsaustralia ABC Hemp)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Crumble up protein balls into a microwave safe bowl, add protein powder, dark chocolate, and coconut oil. Microwave for 90 seconds or until chocolate has completely melted, then stir until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Fold in crushed shortbread chunks. Put the mixture into a lined tray and place in the fridge to set.

  3. Make the icing by melting the ingredients together and pour over the slice. Leave in the fridge to set.
