Vegan Chocolate Rice Crispies with Sea Salt
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance
- 1 pack vegan Dandies vanilla marshmallows
- 5 cups rice crisps
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Maldon sea salt
Preparation
In a large pot, melt 1/4 cup Earth Balance and a pack of vegan Dandies vanilla marshmallows.
Once melted, stir in 5 cups rice crisps until combined. Note: Stirring might be a bit of a workout.
Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover with another piece of parchment paper and press down to shape into a rectangle.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt 1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Cut into squares, dip each square into the melted chocolate, and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
