Vegan Gooey Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 raw vegan dark chocolate bar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Blend all of the ingredients in the processor, minus the chocolate, to create your batter.

  3. Spread batter in an 8x8 pan then add the chocolate on top.

  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350°F and cool down for about 1 hour before cutting into them.
