Vegan Gooey Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 raw vegan dark chocolate bar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
Blend all of the ingredients in the processor, minus the chocolate, to create your batter.
Spread batter in an 8x8 pan then add the chocolate on top.
Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350°F and cool down for about 1 hour before cutting into them.
