Delicious High-Protein Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can chickpeas
- 60g Linda McCartney chick'n
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/5 tsp ground mace
- 1 garlic clove
- 60g peas
- 60g sweetcorn
- 1 avocado
- some fresh parsley
- half a lemon
Preparation
In 1 tbsp of olive oil, pan fry a can of chickpeas for 8 minutes
Add 60g of Linda McCartney chick'n
Add 1 tbsp of oregano, 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1/5 tsp of ground mace, and 1 garlic clove crushed
Cook for 12 minutes more
Boil 60g of peas and 60g sweetcorn
Chop an avocado and some fresh parsley
Add altogether, season and squeeze in half a lemon juice
