Delicious High-Protein Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 60g Linda McCartney chick'n
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/5 tsp ground mace
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60g peas
  • 60g sweetcorn
  • 1 avocado
  • some fresh parsley
  • half a lemon

Preparation

  1. In 1 tbsp of olive oil, pan fry a can of chickpeas for 8 minutes

  2. Add 60g of Linda McCartney chick'n

  3. Add 1 tbsp of oregano, 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1/5 tsp of ground mace, and 1 garlic clove crushed

  4. Cook for 12 minutes more

  5. Boil 60g of peas and 60g sweetcorn

  6. Chop an avocado and some fresh parsley

  7. Add altogether, season and squeeze in half a lemon juice
