Stuffed Peppers with Potato Side

Ingredients

  • 8 peppers
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 500g ground meat
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon herb mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons beef broth
  • 300ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground meat, rice, salt, paprika, herb mix, and garlic to make the filling.

  2. Stuff the filling into the peppers.

  3. Combine water and beef broth in a pot.

  4. Add the stuffed peppers and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

  5. Cook the potatoes separately until tender.

  6. Serve with yogurt.
