Stuffed Peppers with Potato Side
Ingredients
- 8 peppers
- 3-4 potatoes
- 500g ground meat
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon herb mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- 300ml water
Preparation
Mix the ground meat, rice, salt, paprika, herb mix, and garlic to make the filling.
Stuff the filling into the peppers.
Combine water and beef broth in a pot.
Add the stuffed peppers and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
Cook the potatoes separately until tender.
Serve with yogurt.
