Vegetarian Breaded Fillet Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Quorn breaded fillets
  • 1 oat topped wholemeal bun
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons lighter than light mayonnaise
  • Taco seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the breaded fillets in the oven from frozen according to package directions.

  2. Spread the mayonnaise on the bun and sprinkle with taco seasoning.

  3. Add lettuce to the bun.

  4. Place the cooked fillets on the bun and serve.
