Vegetarian Duck with Apricot Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 slices Lamyong Sayur Vegetarian Duck (defrosted)
- 10g roasted sesame seeds
- Coriander
- 50mL Olive oil
Sauce
- 125 mL peach or apricot preserve
- 60mL vinegar
- 10g grated ginger
Preparation
Pan fry Vegetarian Duck in oil in medium heat for 2 minutes or until outer skin is crispy
Slice pan fried Vegetarian Duck into 1 cm slices and place on dish
To prepare dressing, mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer in low heat, stirring frequently up to 2 minutes, then pour dressing over Vegetarian Duck
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and garnish with coriander. Serve warm with rice
