Vegetarian Duck with Apricot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Lamyong Sayur Vegetarian Duck (defrosted)
  • 10g roasted sesame seeds
  • Coriander
  • 50mL Olive oil

Sauce

  • 125 mL peach or apricot preserve
  • 60mL vinegar
  • 10g grated ginger

Preparation

  1. Pan fry Vegetarian Duck in oil in medium heat for 2 minutes or until outer skin is crispy

  2. Slice pan fried Vegetarian Duck into 1 cm slices and place on dish

  3. To prepare dressing, mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer in low heat, stirring frequently up to 2 minutes, then pour dressing over Vegetarian Duck

  4. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and garnish with coriander. Serve warm with rice
