Warm Pan-Grilled Vegetable Plate

Ingredients

  • Asparagus
  • Kale
  • Cauliflower
  • Cherry tomatoes (few)
  • Garlic
  • Onion granules
  • Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional protein

  • Fish
  • Meat
  • Tofu
  • Soya
  • Lentils
  • Eggs

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat

  2. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the pan

  3. Place the vegetables (asparagus, kale, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes) in the pan and cook, stirring occasionally

  4. Season with garlic, onion granules, Himalayan salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika during cooking

  5. Grill until the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes

  6. If desired, add a protein source (such as fish, meat, tofu, soya, lentils, or eggs) and cook until fully done
