Creamy Cashew-Free Vegan Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (+ more if needed)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper + 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Blend until completely smooth

  2. Serve with pasta of your choice and whatever add-ins you like! I usually go for frozen broccoli, sautéed red onions and edamame

  3. Enjoy
