Creamy Cashew-Free Vegan Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (+ more if needed)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper + 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Blend until completely smooth
Serve with pasta of your choice and whatever add-ins you like! I usually go for frozen broccoli, sautéed red onions and edamame
