Easy Healthy Baked Salmon and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Salmon
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.

  2. Toss the sweet potatoes in oil, salt, and pepper, and add favorite spices if desired.

  3. Bake the sweet potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.

  4. Trim the broccoli.

  5. Toss the broccoli in oil, salt, and pepper.

  6. Season the salmon to your preference.

  7. Bake the broccoli and salmon together at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
