Easy Homemade Fajitas with Simple Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli (optional)
  • choice of protein
  • garlic
  • onion
  • various veggies
  • dash of chopped tomatoes
  • avocado
  • lemon juice
  • cheese
  • Greek yoghurt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Make your own seasoning by mixing 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, and optional 1 tsp chilli.

  2. Cook your choice of protein with the seasoning, garlic, onion, and veggies.

  3. Add a dash of chopped tomatoes to the mixture.

  4. For homemade guacamole, mash avocado and add lemon juice.

  5. Serve with the guacamole, cheese, and a dollop of Greek yoghurt if desired.
