Easy Homemade Fajitas with Simple Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chilli (optional)
- choice of protein
- garlic
- onion
- various veggies
- dash of chopped tomatoes
- avocado
- lemon juice
- cheese
- Greek yoghurt (optional)
Preparation
Make your own seasoning by mixing 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, and optional 1 tsp chilli.
Cook your choice of protein with the seasoning, garlic, onion, and veggies.
Add a dash of chopped tomatoes to the mixture.
For homemade guacamole, mash avocado and add lemon juice.
Serve with the guacamole, cheese, and a dollop of Greek yoghurt if desired.
