Addictive Gluten-Free Almond Flour Crackers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup organic almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • pink sea salt to taste
  • @bragglivefoods nutritional yeast, optional
  • 2 tbsp organic olive oil
  • 2 tbsp filtered water
  • dash of baking soda

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix into dough; add more flour if too wet or water if too dry and crumbly.

  2. Lay dough flat like a flat bread onto a lined and lightly sprayed baking sheet (use coconut oil spray).

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until browned and crisp.
