Addictive Gluten-Free Almond Flour Crackers
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup organic almond flour
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- pink sea salt to taste
- @bragglivefoods nutritional yeast, optional
- 2 tbsp organic olive oil
- 2 tbsp filtered water
- dash of baking soda
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix into dough; add more flour if too wet or water if too dry and crumbly.
Lay dough flat like a flat bread onto a lined and lightly sprayed baking sheet (use coconut oil spray).
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until browned and crisp.
