Flax and Pumpkin Seed Granola
Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seeds (soaked in equal parts filtered water overnight)
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup raw shredded coconut
- dash of cinnamon and cardamom
Preparation
Soak the flax seeds in equal parts filtered water overnight
Mix them in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Spread the mixture thinly on an oiled or lined baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45-50 minutes, tossing halfway through.
