Banana Oats Mini Muffins Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 1 c gf oats
- 3/4c almond butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4c chia seeds
- 2 tbs flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1/3 c chocolate chips (you can use raisins, berries, nuts)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350°F for about 16 minutes.
This makes 12 mini muffins and is a delicious treat for breakfast, snack, or dessert. Enjoy!
