Banana Oats Mini Muffins Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 c gf oats
  • 3/4c almond butter
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4c chia seeds
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/3 c chocolate chips (you can use raisins, berries, nuts)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 350°F for about 16 minutes.

  3. This makes 12 mini muffins and is a delicious treat for breakfast, snack, or dessert. Enjoy!
