Ingredients

  • 2 red rice and quinoa cakes
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 fig
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • 1/4 banana
  • blueberries
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Take two rice and quinoa cakes

  2. Spread almond butter on each cake

  3. On one cake, add 1 fig, chia seeds, and hemp seeds

  4. On the other cake, add 1/4 banana, blueberries, cinnamon, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon raw cacao nibs
