Brazil Nut Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of brazil nuts
- 2-3 stalks of rosemary
- 1 stalk of thyme⠀⠀
- juice from 2 medium lemons⠀⠀
- himalayan sea salt to taste⠀⠀
- optional: 2 tsp nutritional yeast
Preparation
Add all cheese ingredients into a food processor and process for approximately 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy
