Brazil Nut Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls of brazil nuts
  • 2-3 stalks of rosemary
  • 1 stalk of thyme⠀⠀
  • juice from 2 medium lemons⠀⠀
  • himalayan sea salt to taste⠀⠀
  • optional: 2 tsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Add all cheese ingredients into a food processor and process for approximately 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy
