Homemade Vegan Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 400g plain unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • thyme
  • basil

Preparation

  1. Use a big bowl and add 2 clean dish towels to it. Add the yogurt. Make sure the excess water soaks out into the towels without touching the bottom of the bowl. You can secure it with an elastic, string, or a heavy plate.

  2. Let it sit overnight or for 8 hours in the fridge.

  3. Then add the remaining ingredients.

  4. Keep in an airtight container or eat right away.
