Collagen Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops @ancientnutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Prepare oat flour by pulsing oats in a food processor or high-powered blender until flour consistency is achieved

  2. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, and almond milk.

  4. Stir in the oat flour, collagen, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and baking powder.

  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting slices.
